tips i have picked up online:
- dont use too much glue, just enough to spread everywhere
- use an extra piece of veneer wrapped in packaging tape as a squeegee to apply glue evenly
- use a very light coat of gorilla glue on only the top side of the first 4 pieces of veneer
- leave the deck in the mold for 24 hours
- leave it in the sun or a lamp after you take it out to make it stronger
- when drawing the shape make sure to put it right in where the mold was.
- when sanding use some sort of electric sander or a dremel. makes it easier and better.
- if hand sanding dont press the board to hard it might mess it up
- drill the holes after you sand
- when drilling try drilling really slow for nice holes that are not torn up.
- take care when doing king pin holes, try make them as neat as posible
- when doing a graphic, if its a sticker, put it on after its shaped, its ifs a burn/engrave/print etc... do it before you mold it.
- laquer at least 4 times and let it dry to the fullest each time also sand a little bit every time until your final coat.

!!!!!! print your mold top and bottom on their sides at .2mm layer height to lose those really rough layer lines that will get clamped into the deck
